Each day, you’ll choose one of two classes based on your preference. Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy healthy holiday-approved recipes, like roasted acorn squash, apple cinnamon muffins, and 50/50 mashed potatoes (50 percent Japanese sweet potatoes and 50 percent cauliflower), and benefit from mindful eating and hydration tips. Gratitude meditations and quick workouts are included to help you cope with stress and feel your best during the holidays.
