July is Social Wellness Month, and Wellbeats is here to support you in nurturing relationships and growing your capacity to bond with others while growing strong and healthy together. Celebrate Social Wellness Month by joining our “Healthy Together” program, a two-week fitness program designed to bring people together.
Our “Healthy Together” program is designed to help build a stronger, healthier community. Invite a friend to join you for some fun dancing, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and yoga classes. In Body Check with Acacia S., no equipment is necessary for a fun and energizing strength and cardio circuit class, and you’ll be guided through a fun, upbeat dance routine in just 15 minutes in African Dance with Lynnea D.
In addition to cardio, yoga classes, and wellness activities, our “Healthy Together” program includes friendly reminders and prompts to nurture yourself and your relationships, such as the following:
- Invite a friend to join you at your next Wellbeats class.
- Try a new class or hobby and find others who share your interest.
- Call an old friend you haven’t spoken to in a while and catch up.
From all varieties of exercise to meditation, yoga, and nutrition, Wellbeats’ virtual inclusive, accessible classes take a well-rounded approach to wellbeing and give everyone the tools they need to live a healthier life.
Wellbeats has three features specifically designed to help boost social wellness while encouraging members to connect with one another, share encouragement, and celebrate progress all while growing stronger and healthier together. Schedule classes to take with others, and chat with others before, during, and after scheduled classes. Grow healthy together by inviting up friends and family to use Wellbeats with you.
